FLO/EMC is a powerful 3D simulation software for analyzing electromagnetic fields in and around electronics enclosures. FLO/EMC helps improve the design of electronic equipment for EMC (Electro-Magnetic Compatibility) prior to the build-and-test phase.
FLO/EMC has been developed specifically for EMC design (unlike other electromagnetic simulation software programs). FLO/EMC solves Maxwell's equations using the “Transmission Line Matrix” (TLM) method, which has major efficiency advantages over other methods and provides a full-spectrum broadband solution in a single calculation. FLO/EMC also shares a common virtual model with FLOTHERM thus providing a unique Integrated Analysis Environment that enables designers to analyze and optimize competing EMC and thermal design constraints quickly and efficiently.
